Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. French VAT is included. The price that applies is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Ordering and payment
Payment is made online by card through our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are entered with the provider and are neither processed nor stored by DataALC. The order is firm once payment is confirmed; a confirmation is sent by email.
Delivery
The rights purchased are unlocked immediately after payment is confirmed. This is digital content supplied without a physical medium.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have fourteen days to withdraw (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
That right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately where the buyer has expressly requested that immediate supply and has acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13° of the same code). At checkout the buyer ticks that express request. Without it, delivery is deferred until the fourteen-day period has passed, during which withdrawal remains possible by a simple email to contact@cheneday.com.
Refunds
A refund is granted where the rights purchased were never unlocked, or where a failure attributable to the service prevented you from using them. Ask by email at contact@cheneday.com; the refund is made to the original payment method within fourteen days of our agreement.
How long the keepsake lasts
A capsule stays reachable with no announced time limit, for as long as the account exists and the service is operated. Should the service be discontinued, organisers will be told at least three months in advance and will be able to export their keepsake.
Complaints and mediation
Any complaint: contact@cheneday.com. Failing an amicable solution, a consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
To be completed before any sale opens: the name and contact details of the consumer mediation body DataALC belongs to (required by article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code).
Governing law
French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
