Account and sign-in: performance of the contract.
Creating and managing events: performance of the service.
Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
Marketing: consent where required.
Accounting: legal obligation.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or shared. It is processed only by the processors strictly necessary to run the service: OVH (hosting, in France), Resend (sending emails) and self-hosted Matomo (audience measurement, cookieless and respecting Do Not Track). No transfer outside the European Union takes place for these operations.
Retention periods
Account and content: until the account is deleted, then erased.
Security logs: 12 months.
Accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: contact@cheneday.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
